Darron McCoy, 23, was shot in the 4900 block of North Franklintown Road by the unidentified juvenile on Jan. 17, Baltimore Police said. McCoy was rushed to a nearby hospital where he later died.
Detectives were able to locate and arrest the 17-year-old suspect on Jan. 28 and charge him with the 1st Degree Murder of McCoy.
The teenage suspect is currently being held without bail.
